二、尽可能的认真备课。

作为一名教师，上号一堂课很难，备好一堂课更难。备课的过程中，积极专研教材，将手头的材料集中整合，考虑实际情况进行侧重，确定重难点。站在学生角度设计，让学生尽可能的有效学习，如将文中一些生活习惯用语设计成为课堂用语，注重文本的应用性。同时考虑不同设计环节课堂可能出现的情况进行优化。课后积极针对课堂效果再次优化，以备日后使用。针对一些单元备课不顺的地方，积极寻求学科组内帮助。

三、认真组织课堂教学，保证学生课堂学习的'效果。

上课时，本着“传道、授业、解惑”的原则，努力提高教学质量，使讲解有条理、清晰、准确、生动。使每堂课学生有所获，努力使学生打好基础，培养能力，发展智慧，培养学生的正确思维方式，养成良好的学习习惯。坚持学生的主体地位和教师的主导作用。在课堂上，用英语教学，让学生处于英语语言的感知和刺激下，同时特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，鼓励为主，让学生敢于表达，乐于表达。同时根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，让每个学生都能参与到课堂中来，都有开口说英语的机会，让各层次的学生都得到提高。

另外发挥早自习的作用，让学生大声朗读，增强语感，组织个人的朗读比赛和班级之间集体朗读比赛等。同时平时加大课本录音的听力从而让学生得以模仿语音语调。

四、认真批改作业和试卷。

坚持布置适量的作业，使学生所学知识得以巩固和提高，布置作业时，尽可能的做到有针对性，层次性和多样化。同时要求鼓励学生背诵适当的好句和简短的段落。听写秉承着“少吃多餐”的原则。少量多次的进行以免学生疲劳。在模块结束后再整体默写一次检测和加深。同时积极发挥组长的作用来对小组成员督促和帮助。作业认真批改及时校对，考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结分析。听写和背诵都限时完成，杜绝拖拉。

五、做好课后辅导工作。

班级总会有一些后进生。针对这部分学生首先应当从思想上鼓励他们不抛弃，不放弃。让他们树立起学习的信心，唤起学习的欲望。同时以尊重和引导代替谩骂和偏见，对他们多一些帮助。课后进行适当的辅导。从平时的课堂反应，课后交流，抓住他们的特点和个性，有的放矢地与其进行交流，及时给予关怀和关爱。善于发现学生的优点，并给予表扬。教师适当的放大他们的优点而缩小他们的缺点。引导他们自觉的投入到学习中去。

六、积极参与听课、评课。

多听其他老师上课和外面的公开课。虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。阅读各种教育教学的书籍，通过各种渠道不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。

呵呵，我就是看电影学英语的。

用英语学电影，首先演员的口语一定要地道，但不一定标准，实际上也没有那个欧美演员是完全标准的。但是也不能太离谱，比如勇敢的心和辛德勒名单里口音就太重了，对于初学者来说是不合适的。

所以好的电影并不代表有好的英语学校效果。一定要找相对发音比较标准的，英音就是英音，美音就是美音，不能混，也不能和其他地区的混。

如果你想学英音不妨试试《真爱至上》，里面几乎全是大牌演员，都是比较纯正的英音。而且电影本身也很有趣，很轻松。《新傲慢与偏见》里的英语太老了。罗马假日也不错，就是片子老了点，我个人不喜欢黑白的—当然你自己看着办。

如果你想学美音，可以试试《录取通知》和《超人高校》《奇迹灰姑娘》《舞出我人生》一类的美国校园青春喜剧。这类电影里的台词都比较时尚，发音都比较准（你叫它没个性也行），而且娱乐性很强。

如果你想学得轻松一点，不妨看看《功夫熊猫》《海底总动员》《冰河世纪》等动画片，这些电影都是给孩子看的，发音准，语速相对慢，娱乐性更强。

动作片的话。。。我推荐尼古拉斯凯奇的 勇闯夺命岛，国家宝藏，空中监狱。 都很经典（入过你能忍受BW的话），其实凯奇也有不少好看的文艺片比如《居家男人》

经典的话我觉得还是 《拯救大兵瑞恩》和《乱世佳人》比较好，就看你喜欢不喜欢类型了。

再有，如果你想了解黑人英语的话 《绝地战警1，2》是绝对值得看的，相信我。

最后推荐一部我个人很喜欢的：《恋爱假期》，两个人英音，两个人美音，俊男美女，大牌演员。不可救药的浪漫。。。

另外可能有人会说，老友记。老友记是一部很优秀的美剧，我也很喜欢，不过老友记为了塑造人物形象，里面的演员除了瑞秋说话不是颠三倒四就是没文化，要不就是发音极端，所以不适合你这样的初学者。何况你是主要学口语，还

是等有了一定基础再看这个比较好。说到美剧，我建议你看英雄《heroes》，电驴上能搜到 yyets 的双语版本。越狱太紧张，我们老师就直呼受不了，当然我也喜欢越狱只是感觉不适合你现在的情况而已。

其实说这么多，最后还的靠你自己练，就好象一个手艺，你看的再多，自己不亲手做一下，是永远不会的。电影看得多，不练，也是没用的。

时间过得真快啊，转眼间一学期就要结束了，回顾这一学期，付出多多，感触也多多。现结合自己的工作实际，将本学期的工作情况作如下总结：

一、本学期所做工作

1、精心备课。本学期伊始我就给自己施压，从心态上不要让自己失望，不但要克服枯燥的课堂，让学生对英语保持兴趣，还要让学生学有所得，至少能说一些简单的日常英语，对学过的单词句子能够听说并且会认读。因此，上每一堂课之前，我都精心备课，找准本课的重难点以及要达到的教学目标，对需要用到的教具也提前做好充分的准备。

2、课后认真反思。上完每一节新课，我都会进行认真的反思，总结这节课的亮点，归纳存在的问题，想想解决的方法，下课从这个班到那个班的十分钟里我都会反思存在问题的环节，避免缺憾，好的地方沿用，可以说这一学期我是在不断地反思中度过的，争取让每堂课多些闪光点少些缺憾。

3、努力使用直观教具。兴趣是最好的老师，为了提高英语课堂的趣味

性，营造良好的课堂气氛，我经常适时适当地利用直观教具进行上课，如单词图卡，实物、多媒体动画课件等。比如教学文具用品时，我就出示实物让学生利用自己的学习用品操练巩固单词句型；教学情景对话或趣味小故事时，我就利用多媒体播放动画场景，让学生在真实、生动的语言环境中学习英语。

4、动手与动口相结合。根据小学生的身心特点，小学生的注意力容易转变，而且集中注意力的时间较短，实践证明课堂前三十分钟，纪律较好，学生听课比较认真，回答问题也比较积极，三十分钟以后他们的注意力就开始不集中了，因此，我进行了合理的安排时间，前三十分钟新授，后十分钟练习书写字母。我对作业的要求是：少而精。因此，我布置的作业比较少但要求很严格，必须一笔一画认真书写，每次写字母我都在四线格中进行板书，讲清要点，再让学生跟着练习书写，效果比较好。

二、教学中存在的不足

有收获也有不足，本学期的教学工作还存在以下几点不足之处：

1、能做到面向全体，但未能长期坚持，如对学困生的耐心不够，辅导力度不够；

2、和学生、家长及班主任老师沟通较少；

3、没有采用有效的评价激励机制；

4、部分班级的课堂纪律还比较差，尤其是ｘｘ班，没有采取有效的调控手段管理好课堂纪律；

5、学生会读不会认的情况还比较严重，很多学生会说英语，但写出单词或句子时又不会认读；

6、没有切实提高课堂的趣味性，枯燥课堂的现象时有存在，没有达到培养学生英语学习兴趣的目的；

三、今后努力的方向

针对以上存在的问题，在今后的教学中我将从以下几方面进行改进：

1、培养学生良好的学习习惯，养成课前预习课后复习的好习惯；

2、课后多与学生沟通，了解他们的兴趣爱好，平时多与家长及班主任联系，调控和管理好班级纪律；

3、利用课间监督学生时间辅导后进生，使他们从怕学向乐学转变；

4、对重点句型，单词进行板书，每单元结束后设计一些练习题，让学生进行巩固练习，加深印象。

成功属于勤奋的人，也只有勤奋的人在不断地反思和总结中才能获得成功，我希望我是勤奋的人，更希望在此道路上获得成功。
