I read Chinese version first, which made my second read in English much easier. I’m not going to talk about the fairy tale’s writing skills, writing style and what philosophy it contains. Instead, I will pick out several sentences which moved me a lot and then show my feeling.

In part 4, there is “Not everyone has had a friend.” And later, in part 17, there’s “It’s also lonely with people.” The two sentences nearly have the same meaning. A true friend is of a lifetime. You may say that: “I have a lot of friends, and we always play together and chat together……” But in fact, friends are not those whom you always stay with. 一、～年度综治工作完成情况

1、扎实开展“大接访”活动。 今年以来，我局把大接访活动作为一次总结经验、接受群众监督、检验工作的好机会，加强领导，强化措施，狠抓对上访案件的源头治理。一是设立信访接待室，公开接访电话、接访人员和接访制度，定期公布信访案件处理进展情况，踊跃接受群众监督。二是坚持周五领导信访接待日制度、首问责任制和“148”法律服务专线24小时值班制度，强化责任，拓展接访渠道。三是积极参与涉法涉诉案件调处，引导群众依法开展信访活动。针对我县今年年土地纠纷多的实际，我局加强与信访等部门的配合，抽调政治素质好，政策水平高、法律专业精的律师、公证员、法律工作者积极参与解决影响稳定的重大疑难纠纷，变群众“上访”为法律工作者“下访”，通过诉讼和非诉讼代理、法律咨询等方式，为群众提供法律服务，妥善处理了一些市、县挂牌督办的疑难纠纷和案件。先后参与并成功调处了纠纷，土地征用纠纷，纠纷等重大疑难纠纷9起；依法引导纠纷，土地纠纷中的部分上访群众通过诉讼程序解决问题，为全县社会稳定做出了积极贡献。

3、司法所规范化建设稳步推进。以落实司法所直接管理为目标，认真贯彻省、市委《关于创建规范化司法所工作的意见》精神，及时制定了实施方案，积极向县委、县政府汇报，加强沟通协调，为实现司法所直接管理做了大量前期准备工作。进一步规范司法所业务，将人民调解、法制宣传、法律服务、安置帮教、“148”法律服务热线、法律援助等各项工作整合在一起，形成基层司法行政工作的综合平台。司法所办公用房项目建设进展顺利，截止目前，新建成司法所x个，正在开工建设x个，累计争取项目资金xx万元。

二、存在的问题及明年工作打算

～年司法行政系统综治工作虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也存在一些不容忽视的矛盾和问题，需要在今后的工作中加以克服和解决。主要表现在：一是队伍整体素质不高的问题还未得到根本解决；二是普法教育和依法治县工作体制、机制还不够完善；三是矛盾纠

纷的排查调处工作有待进一步加强，高效、便捷和成本低廉的防范、化解社会矛盾的机制尚未完全形成，群众上访问题还比较突出；四是法律服务职能作用尚未得到充分发挥；五是经费不足、装备落后问题仍很突出。这些问题的存在，在一定程度上制约了司法行政系统综治工作的扎实开展。

（一)狠抓财政收入，收入实现了稳步增长。XX年我们按照“挖潜堵漏，有保有压”的八字方针，创新思路，完善制度，全面加强了收支管理。一是定期协调召开财税部门收入分析例会，加强收入分析与预测，协调督促两税部门加强税收征管，及时帮助解决税收征管中出现的各种问题。二是抓住煤炭价格大幅上涨，企业效益大增的有利时机，由市政府牵头组织实施煤炭行业税收专项整治活动，确保重点税收应收尽收。全年全市煤炭行业贡献税收万元，较上年增收万元，同比增长%。三是启动税源建设管理平台，充分发挥税源办管理职能，加强税源分析，协调配合两税部门组织收入，督促镇(街道）加强收入征管。在市税源办的协调配合下，税务部门选取耐材、商业、房地产、建筑行业开展专项税收清查活动。各镇（街道）除配合税务部门开展专项清查外，还根据本辖区税源特点，开展了形式多样的税收清查专项治理活动，取得了明显成效。XX年，建筑、住宿、租赁和商务服务业等行业税收分别增长%、%和%。四是狠抓小税增长。面对主体税种受经济形势和政策影响增速大幅下滑的不利局面，各级财政部门根据不同区域税源特点，积极配合税务部门，不断加强小税种的征管，小税种保持了强劲增长态势。全年全市房产税、车船税、土地使用税和资源税的增幅分别达到%、%、%和%，小税种成为新的税收增长点。五是充分发挥产权交易中心、土地储备中心和财政国资部门的作用，树立经营城市理念，运用招标、拍卖、挂牌等多种形式，盘活存量资产，谋求土地和国有资产的最大收益化。

1、确保行政事业单位正常运转。在预算执行中优先安排党政机关办公经费和全市干部职工工资，确保了党政机关的正常运转和全市干部职工工资及时足额发放。其中：安排资金*万元兑现了XX年度目标考核奖发放政策，安排资金*万元提高了全市财供人员津补贴标准。

2、加大民生投入力度。一是加大教育投入力度。XX年投入“两免一补”资金*万元，大幅提高农村小学生生均公用经费标准和提高农村中小学校舍维修改造补助标准。其中农村小学生生均公用经费标准由每生每年160元提高到230元，农村初中生由每生每年250元提高到375元；农村中小学校舍维修改造补助标准由每平米400元提高到500元。二是认真落实强农惠农补贴政策。全年全市兑付粮食直补资金*万元，15.16万农户直接受益，其中粮食直补标准较去年每亩增加0.34元，综合直补标准较去年每亩增加33.26元；认真落实“家电下乡”产品财政补贴政策，全年全市共发放家电下乡补贴资金**万元，**户农户享受到了按家电销售价格13%的财政补贴；落实能繁母猪保险保费补贴政策，支持生猪生产，全年全市共拔付补贴资金万元。三是提高社会保障水平。不断加大社会保障投入，全力推进城乡居民医疗保险和养老保险改革，提高城乡居民最低生活保障标准，改善居民消费预期，增加消费需求。其中：城市低保支出万，农村低保支出万，新农合支出*万元，安居工程支出*万元，为实现我市居民“老有所养、老有所医、老有所居”提供了坚实财力支撑。四是落实再就财政扶持政策，推进再就业工作开展。我们通过强化职业技能培训，转变培训模式，开发公益性岗位，积极营造全民创业氛围。XX年，举办公益性培训2期，创业培训8期，农民工培训班23班，培训人员共3945人。全年开发公益性岗位1122个，发放公益性岗位补贴*万元。发放小额贷款263笔，贷款*万元，财政贴息**万元，促进全民创业。五是落实石油价格补贴政策。为维护社会稳定，我们继续对社会公益性行业和部分弱势群体给与油价补贴，全年石油价格财政补贴资金*万元。

3、确保事关全市经济社会及市定重点工程需要。一是发挥财政杠杆作用，安排拨付科技三项经费、招商引资、企业效益杯、企业创名牌和节能减排等各项奖励补助资金*万元，引导企业做大做强；配合经贸委、科委、发改委、商务局等相关部门积极服务企业，做好企业项目申报工作，全年共组织我市26户企业，向上申报国家和省市重点资金扶持项目资金*万元，其中有17户企业项目获得通过，取得财政扶持资金*万元。二是支持重点工程开展。安排资金亿元，用于伊洛河综合整治、新兴路大桥、石河道综合治理、旅游发展三年行动计划、城中村改造，文化活动中心暨图书馆建设等，加快城市基础设施建设。

（三）加大融资力度，融资工作实现了新突破。今年，我们积极应对国家宏观调控不利局面，努力克服货币政策紧缩、政府性贷款限制较多、担保企业难找和贷款平台负债率高等困难，广开门路，想方设法，多渠道筹集建设资金。全年累计融资亿元，不仅确保了资金链条完整，维护了政府信誉，还保证了市定重点工程的顺利开展。同时，我们积极加强与上级财政部门联系，主动研究政策，做好项目申报工作，以好的项目争取更多的资金。全年共向省厅争取专项补助和转移支付亿元，同比增加*万元。向郑州市争取资金渠道也已基本顺畅，全年累计争取专项补助*万元，有力支持了我市各项社会事业的发展。此外，为解决财政资金供不应求问题，我们想方设法从省厅超借现金，全年累计超借现金亿元，超借额度超过部分困难省辖市向省厅的借款额度，在全市财政资金供求矛盾十分突出的情况下，有效解决了财政资金压力，确保了财政预算的顺利执行。

（四）加强财政监管，提高财政资金使用效益。强化“节支就是增收”理念，深化财政改革，加强财政监督，努力提高财政资金使用效益。一是集中支付从服务单位，服务财政出发，按照有关制度和规定，从源头上预防单位滥用乱支行为，促进了廉政建设。一年来，通过审核监督，共剔除退回各类不合规单据875份，金额*万元；拒付违规支出起，累计金额达**万元。二是完善政府采购制度，扩大政府采购范围和规模，大力实施节能采购，充分发挥政府采购的集约型效益。全年共举行政府采购公开、邀请招标活动次，询价采购次，政府采购金额达亿元，节约资金万元，节约率达%。三是加强基建项目投资评审工作，补充完善了《巩义市政府投资项目监督管理办法》，进一步规范基建工程的招投标程序和办法，参与项目前期论证，加强项目实施监管，用最少的钱办最多的事。全年共审查工程项目个，审减不合理投资万，审减率达%。四是进一步规范财政专项资金审批程序，加强项目评审立项工作，财政监督关口前移。建立了财政资金拨付的“集体研究”和“跟踪问效”机制，专项资金的管理和使用更加规范。五是改革公务用车配置和编制管理办法，出台《**市党政机关事业单位公务小汽车定编配备和使用管理办法》，有效杜绝超配、超编小汽车风气，制止讲排场、比阔气、乱花钱行为。六是加强财政监督。5月份，按照省、市要求，在全市开展政府采购执行情况专项检查，进一步提高行政事业单位的政府采购意识。组织人员分别对10个镇和8个企事业单位的现金管理、财政经费、会计基础等工作进行抽查，对城乡低保、扶贫救灾等专项资金发放使用情况进行了全面检查，严肃了财经纪律。七是稳步推进农村普及九年义务教育债务的清理化解工作，通过各相关部门的共同努力和积极配合，目前已基本完成相关债务的最后核实和锁定。

（五）加强队伍建设，提供强有力的组织保证。XX年，我们在做好“收支”两篇文章的同时，以改进工作作风为重点，狠抓队伍和廉政建设。一是认真开展“三评一创”、“学江浙、促发展”和“两转两提”等主题教育活动，把各项主题教育活动同财政中心工作紧密结合，采取有效措施，组织全体干部职工认真学习培训，严格检查剖析，扎实整改提高，得到了市委、市政府的肯定，有力推进我局各项事业的顺利开展。二是认真开展廉政警示教育，增强财政干部职工廉洁理财、依法理财意识。*月份在河南豫中监狱召开了**市财政系统党风廉政建设会议，通过参观监狱犯人居所和劳动场地，听取在押犯的含泪忏悔，使每名财政人员得到教育，受到警示。完善机关财务管理制度、考勤制度、请销假制度、服务承诺制度、使干部职工组织纪律，服务基层，服务群众，奉献财政的意识明显增强。三是建立财政监督员制度，强化社会监督。制定《**市财政监督员办法》，聘请15名有关行业人员作为财政监督员，邀请他们参加财政工作有关会议，参与财政政策和计划的制订，对财政工作存在的问题提出合理化意见及建议。四是开展文明办公检查评比活动。以争创省级文明单位为契机，通过定期不定期检查评比单位室内卫生、工作纪律、服务承诺、仪容仪表、工作作风、党风廉政建设，使财政系统干部职工的行为得到规范，精神面貌不断改变。五是加强党建工作。组织系统全体党员举办“庆七一、迎奥运、攀高峰”登山活动、户外拓展训练活动和党员冬季乒乓球比赛等系列活动，锻炼干部职工体魄，增进干部职工协同作战、勇争第一的凝聚力和战斗力。

二、存在的问题

今年以来，尽管我们取得了一些成绩，财政收入持续增长，支出结构进一步优化，各项惠农惠民政策全面得到落实，但工作中还存在一些困难和不足。一是主体税种增速趋缓，税收收入压力大。二是非税收入基数较大，缺乏新的收入增长点。三是刚性支出不断加大，收支矛盾突出，财政收入增量部分远远不能满足支出需要，重点工程资金缺口尤其大。四是融资形势严峻，偿还贷款本息压力大。五是财政改革步伐有待进一步加强，改革的深度、广度和彻底性方面仍有可发展空间。

三、XX年工作打算

XX年，我们将继续按照“抓收入、强融资、保支出、严管理、强队伍、求创新”的思路，围绕“建一流队伍、树一流形象、创一流业绩”的奋斗目标，大力组织收入，合理安排支出，积极推进改革，不断规范管理，强化学习，转变作风，求真务实，负重前进，为促进全市经济社会各项事业的健康发展做出新的贡献。

2、优化支出结构，确保重点支出需要。坚决贯彻“一要吃饭，二要建设，三要科学发展”的理财方针，合理调整支出结构，明确支出保障次序，保工资，保运转，保稳定，保重点。一是继续坚持勤俭节约和“有保有压”的原则，严格控制一般性支出增长和各种预算追加，确保党政机关的正常运转。二是坚持优先保障民生支出的原则，加大教育、农业、卫生、社会保障等事业投入力度，确保市定各项重点工程及工作的顺利开展。三是严格执行人大批准的财政收支预算，增强预算执行的透明度和约束力。四是进一步细化部门预算，将专项支出尽可能细化到具体项目和单位，为加快支出进度创造条件。

3、加强融资工作，确保资金链条不出问题。一是积极探索新的融资方式，创新融资办法，进一步拓宽融资渠道，努力破解融资难题。二是积极和省内外银信部门联系，广开融资门路，在负债规模总量稳定的基础上做好贷款本金的归还和再贷款工作，确保到期贷款本息能及时偿付。三是加快现有融资平台的整合，进一步发挥“国有资产管理投资公司”、“杜甫故里旅游发展公司”和“康百万庄园旅游发展公司”等新的融资平台作用，积极探索筹资模式，努力扩大筹资规模，多渠道、多门路地搞好融资工作，保证资金链条衔接到位。

4、强化财政监管力度，管好“钱袋子”，不断提高理财水平。一是要继续扩大国库集中支付改革范围，做好行政事业单位公务卡改革的前期准备工作。二是要加大推进财政投资评审和绩效评价工作力度，将涉及民生的重大支出纳入政府采购范围，对重点项目实行先评审后拨付资金的管理办法，提高财政理财的科学性。三是严格规范资金管理，前移监督关口，健全财政资金运行全程监督机制，开展涉及民生资金的专项检查，扩大农口资金县级报账制范围，确保各项惠民惠农政策落实到位，起到实效。四是加强国有资产管理，组织中介机构对市属国有及国有控股企业进行评估，澄清国企家底，防止国有资产流失。五是健全财政政务公开制度，自觉接受人大、政协和社会各方面的监督，不断提高财政理财水平。

5、加强队伍建设，提高财政人员综合素质。一是要加强领导班子建设，建设学习型、创新型、实干型班子，以一个好班子带出一个好队伍。二是继续加强作风建设，增强系统凝聚力和战斗力。三是要加强廉政建设，完善各项规章制度，加强内部监督检查，营造能干事、干成事，不出事的良好氛围。

I have recently read the simplified version of The Black Tulip published by Shanghai Translation Press. This novel was written by the distinguished French writer Alexandre Dumas Pere, the pioneer of the Romanticism Literature Movement in France. He was so popular that his works had been translated into several languages and welcomed by readers all over the world.

This novel took 17th century Dutch bourgeois revolutionary period of intense political struggle and the turbulent life as its background.

This gist of the story is as follows. The leading role Cornelius is a young doctor who completely doesn’t inquire about politics. He loves growing tulips and is trying to cultivate a black tulip without any other color on it at all. In order to obtain the considerable bonus offered by the government to the first man who cultivates the very kind of black tulip, Boxtel, Cornelius’

neighbor, tries to destroy and steal the bulbs of Cornelius, even kill him. Fortunately, Cornelius in the prison gets acquainted with the prison-keeper’s daughter Rosa and they fall in love. Under Rosa’s help, Cornelius realized his dream and achieves happiness at last.

It’s firmly believed by some people that when you become rich and successful, happiness will naturally follow. After reading this novel, I believe that nothing is further from the truth. To my mind, the secret to happiness lies in your successful work, in your contribution towards others’ happiness and in your wealth you have earned through your own honest efforts.

Firstly, in order to obtain happiness, you should achieve your successful work, in order to achieve your successful work, you should go through thick and thin. As the writer said, “those who have suffered much, have a right to be happy.” Take the two leading characters for example. They eventually reach happiness after suffering a lot both psychologically and physiologically. Secondly, your happiness should live in your contribution towards others’ happiness, but not on the contrary, in destroying others’ happiness. If you get your happiness by taking advantage of others or by hurting others, you won’t be happy with it for long, at least, you won’t enjoy the real happiness. People will think you’re a mean person. Boxtel was a typical case. He would never gain happiness.

Thirdly, wealth obtained through dishonest means doesn’t bring happiness. Happiness is not an end, it is a process. It’s a continuous process of honest and productive work which makes a real contribution to others and makes you feel you are a useful and worthy person.

技术部新员工工作总结

来到公司已经有一个多月了，在公司的点点滴滴都让我受益匪浅！不管是在原画、动画还是软件的运用上都让我学到了很多的知识！这些知识可能是我在人生中重要的一笔！

作为公司新人，在工作实践中我学到了很多知识。在这个项目中，开始我做了原画部分的工作，刚踏出校园的我对画原画的工作不是很熟练，不知道从哪里开始下笔！在做开始的几个镜头时总是犯错，感到了这份工作的点点压力。在导演的指导和大家的帮助下，后面的镜头驾轻就熟了，对这份工作也有了更多的信心！

原画部分完成后我跟大家一起进入动画部分的，对于这个软件很陌生的我，在刚刚接触的时候总是遇到这样那样的麻烦和问题，也总是做错东西。在慢慢的摸索和学习中找到了使用软件的技巧，动画也开始得心应手了。在最后的修改过程中更让我体会到了一部好的动画之所以出色，制作人员必须要有认真态度、严格的秩序和珍惜成片的来之不易。

在这个项目制作过程中我得到了很多经验，也受到了很多教训都让我受益匪浅。在原画部分对于怎么画好动作我也有了深入的的了解！比如做一个动作前的预备动作、还有动作中的预备动作……在后面运用软件制做动画的过程中，让我深刻体会到做好一件事情要让自己首先认识到工作的重要！

无论是经验还是教训都让我学到了很多知识，在以后的工作中我会灵活的运用这些知识也会牢记之前的那些教训，更加严格要求自己，不断进步，认认真真的完成公司交给我的每一个任务！

“A tale of two cities” is one of Dickens's most important representative works.The novel profoundly exposed the society contradiction before the French Revolution,intensely attacks the aristocratic social class is dissolute and cruel,and sincerely sympathizes with the depressed classes.The novel also described many magnificent scenes like the revolt people attacked Bastille and so on,which displayed people's great strength.

The novel has portrayed many different people. Doctor Manette is honest and kind but suffers the persecution actually ， Lucie is beautiful and gentle ，Charles is graceful and noble，Lorry is upright and honest ，Sydney is semblance of indifferent, innermost feelings of warm,unconventional but also selfless and lofty，Miss Pross is straightforward and loyal，Evremonde brothers are cruel and sinister......The complex hatred is hard to solve, the cruel revenge has made more hatreds, loves rebirth in the hell edge,but take the life as the price.

As an outstanding writer,in Dickens's work,the language skill is essential.Each kind of rhetoric technique,like the analogy,the exaggeration,the contrast,the humorous,and the taunt are handled skillfully,and the artistry of the work is also delivered the peak.“A tale of two cities” has its difference with the general historical novel, its character and the main plot are all fictionalizes.With the broad real background of the French Revolution,the author take the fictional character Doctor Manette's experience as the main clue,interweaves the unjust charge, love and revenge three independences but also incident cross-correlation stories together,the plot is criss-crossed,and the clue is complex.The author use insert narrates,foreshadowing,upholstery and so many techniques,causes the structure integrity and strictness,the plot winding anxious and rich of theatrical nature,it displayed the remarkable artistic skill.the style “A tale of two cities” is solemnity and melancholy,fills indignantion,but lacks the humor of the early works.

Book Report

I have been reading a book for many days. The books name is CAT AND MOUSE IN A HAUNTED HOUSE. It is telling about Geronimo Stilton who is a newspaper mouse who runs newspaper in New Mouse City—the capital of Mouse island.

On one night of October, he decided to visit his aunt, Sweetfur. But he got lost when he was driving through the Dark Forest because of the foggy. Then his car was out of gas. He thought “I wish I was at home”。

Suddenly there was a lightning in the sky and he saw a big castle. When he walked closer to the front door, he saw two stone cats and a sign that says: To Canny Cat’s castle. The door bell was in one stone cat’s mouth. When Geronimo was deciding to go into the castle, it starts to rain, so he went into the castle……

At last Geronimo’s sister, little nephew Benjamin and his cousin Trap all came and helped him find out all of two little cat. They don’t want others to come into the castle because the castle is their ancestor Canny Cat’s. So they make many tricks.

After reading this story, I think it’s very interesting, and I had a lot of fun. My favorite character is Geronimo’s nephew Benjamin. Because he is very cute and clever, he always observes every detail. He found out the foot prink on the floor and the nail on the wall. In the story it shows Geronimo is a very timid mouse that always scared himself.

I like this story very much, so I’ll still read more this set of book.
