英语听课评语

听课、评课是双赢的,在授课者成长的同时也促进了听课者的提高,授课者因为受听课者的指点、帮助、激励而提高,听课者在指导帮助授课者的过程中,因为及时反馈,不断调整对授课者的评价内容和评价方式而提高,同时还随时可以发现好的可以推广的经验,在与授课者的交流中还会捕捉到一些有价值的问题。

评课是对上课教师的课堂教学是否确立现代教学观和对其课堂教学的得失、成败进行评议的`一种活动。通过听课、评课活动,能提高教师的教育教学水平,提升教师的教育教学素养,促进教师改进教学实践,深化课堂教学改革。

当然,要想真正评好课,作为教师必须加强学习,学习新的教学理念,学习教育学、心理学、美学、演讲与口才,学习课的模式,掌握学科特点,熟悉各种课型,并在实践中学会推敲点评的语言,这样才能给优秀者锦上添花,给不足者雪中送炭,使点评别有一番风味。

作为教师,听课评课是常有的事,笔者有幸听了不少课,以下是听了杨浦区高级中学程冉老师的英语课的点评:

我觉得这节课很成功,它较好地体现了课程的三维目标,具体我将从以下四个方面进行点评:

第一大点:教学目的。这堂课的教学目的明确,教学效果好。

1.学生在课堂上用英语表达旅游景点和名胜古迹,培养了用英语思维的能力;

2.课文阅读教学目标如scanning、skimming都能很好地完成;

3激发了学生对祖国美好河山的热爱。

第二大点:教学过程和方法。

1.整堂课的教学设计符合高中学生的实际和教学内容的需要,教学各环节过渡自然,从开头freetalk导入课文,通过图片启发提问到quiz测试,再到词汇paraphrase和reading阅读、dialogue对话、discussion讨论,完全符合学生认知水平;

2.设计有层次、有深度,特别是反馈形式多样,可见该教师花费了不少心思,如小测试、词汇解释、提问、填空、对话、预测等设计有坡度,并且都是为了一个共同的教学目标。

3.教学方法处处体现以学生为本,如注重对学生的语言只是检测(词汇学习时注重部分学生的单词拼写能力),讨论时分为上海组、漓江组、香港组、长城组,充分尊重学生意愿和个性差异,

第三大点:学生学习情况。

因教师的教学设计有新意,学生始终保持良好学习心态。在获得知识的同时,思维能力也得到了锻炼,我粗略统计了一下,该堂课中,学生自主活动时间达2/3左右,学习兴趣高涨,课堂气氛热烈,参与面广,体现出学生乐于探索、乐于参与的精神,如有一位学生自己还准备了图片,准备补充,真可谓意犹未荆

第四大点:教师素养方面。

1.教师口语流利,发音标准,语言基本功扎实,可见教师对教材吃的很透彻,备课充分;

2.教师教态自然,有时配合手势,有亲和力,教师指令明确、到位,善于启发学生,因人而异,因材施教;

3.教学亮点:教师的教学机智,特别是善于抓住细节,处处体现二期课改目标,以学生为本,与学生“零”距离,如开始有一学生答不出,教师并未放弃,后经过反复启发诱导,学生答出landscape一词;再如一学生说的英语谚语“hewhodoesn’treachthegreatwallisnotatrueman.”极好,但很多学生并没在意,教师故意装作没听清楚,却故意让学生再复述一遍,还有一学生答出rainbow一词,教师立刻表扬“imaginative”等等,所有这些,都给学生以极大的鼓励和信心,这正是该教师最成功之处,非常值得广大一线教师学习。所以说教师的理念十分重要,因为它决定了教学行为。
